For Tutors:

Tutors are individuals who offer their expertise and teaching services through the Desiring Study platform. They may include professional educators, subject matter experts, or enthusiasts with specialized knowledge.

1. Membership Subscription: By purchasing a membership subscription on Desiring Study, you agree to the Desiring Study refund policy on subscription fee. The membership grants access to our platform and networking opportunities.
2. Lead Generation Disclaimer: Desiring Study does not guarantee the acquisition of leads or clients. Success depends on various factors including individual qualifications and market demand.
3. Professional Conduct: Tutors are expected to maintain professionalism when interacting with students. This includes respectful communication, accurate information provision, and confidentiality.
4. Minors: Minors under 18 years should not enter their phone numbers. Instead, they should provide their guardian's phone number and seek parental permission before using the platform.
5. Teacher's Identity Verification: Desiring Study verifies the identity of teachers for ensuring the safety if teachers want to share without that you can not see the contact details of students even after purchasing Premium Subscription but Students can contact you if they want and its recommended to verify yourself at our platform to get maximum students.
6. Membership Subscription: By signing up for Desiring Study, tutors give consent to be contacted by the platform or anyone using the platform for relevant purposes. If you do not agree to this, please send your account deletion request to info@desiringstudy.com.
7. Registration Cancellation: Registration can be cancelled along with membership cancellation (SubscriptionPlan) without notification in the following cases:
   • Any misconduct towards the Party or Bureau.
   • Failure to fulfill consecutive assignments for any reason. This term may be reconsidered by the Bureau.
   • Absence for a long duration without information.
   • Diverting from the above rules.
8. Lady Tutors Safety: Lady tutors must take care of their safety while conducting classes at students' places.
9. Bureau's Right to Modify Rules: Desiring Study reserves the right to modify or add any rule as deemed necessary.
10. Liability Limitation: Desiring Study shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from interactions between tutors, students, or others on the platform. Users are encouraged to exercise caution and discretion while using the services.
11. Partnership Disclaimer: Desiring Study does not hire teachers; we partner with them to provide tutoring services through our platform.
12. Refund Policy: If you are not able to contact even a single student as per your plan duration (for us contacting means you pressed call now button for a student), then you can send a refund request after your plan expires. We will check, and if found correct, we will refund the plan amount. However, we will not cancel a subscription in between and refund it. We will only process the refund after you send us a mail at info@desiringstudy.com with your email and phone.
13. Terms and Conditions Changes: These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Please review them regularly to stay updated.

For Students:

Students are individuals seeking educational assistance, tutoring, or learning opportunities through the Desiring Study platform. They may include school students, college students, professionals, or anyone interested in acquiring new skills or knowledge.

1. Free Platform: Use of the Desiring Study platform is completely free for students.
2. Minors: Minors under 18 years should not enter their phone numbers. Instead, they should provide their guardian's phone number and seek parental permission before using the platform.
3. Verification: In Desiring Study, both Verified and Non-Verified Teachers are present. Verified teachers (whose identity is verified) contain a Yellow Verification tick mark Next to their name on tapping on the tick mark you get notified about them but you can also contact unverified teachers initially, we do not share your phone number with unverified teachers but you can contact them and when you contact, your phone number gets shared with them So choose wisely and carefully.
4. Liability Limitation: Desiring Study shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from interactions between tutors, students, or others on the platform. Users are encouraged to exercise caution and discretion while using the services.

For Others:

Others refer to any individuals or entities not directly involved in tutoring or learning activities but interact with the Desiring Study platform in various capacities. This may include:

• Visitors: Individuals who visit the Desiring Study website for information or exploration but do not register as tutors or students.
• Parents or Guardians: Adults responsible for minors who may be students on the platform. They play a crucial role in overseeing their children's education and ensuring their safety.
• Administrators or Support Staff: Personnel responsible for managing the Desiring Study platform, providing customer support, and ensuring the smooth operation of services.
• Regulatory Authorities: Government bodies or regulatory agencies responsible for overseeing educational platforms and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Third-party Service Providers: Entities contracted by Desiring Study to provide auxiliary services such as payment processing, security, or data analytics.

For Others, please read the following additional terms and conditions:

1. Usage Restrictions: Unauthorized use of the Desiring Study platform for purposes other than tutoring or learning is prohibited.
2. Website Protection: The website should not be reverse-engineered or manipulated in any way that violates intellectual property rights or compromises its security.
