This Return & Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Teachers and Coachings on Desiring Study.
Refunds for Teachers
If you are a Teacher and you did not receive contact from even one student during your active subscription plan period, you may request a refund by emailing us at info@desiringstudy.com from the email address registered with your Desiring Study account. We will verify your subscription activity and, if eligible, issue a refund.
Coachings
For Coachings (institutes/listings), we do not provide refunds. Marketing and promotion for coaching listings requires sustained effort and expense. Note that Desiring Study does not charge students directly for enrolling with coachings; students must follow the refund and cancellation policies of the individual coaching or teacher they are studying from.
How to Request a Refund
- Email info@desiringstudy.com using your registered account email.
- Include your subscription details (order ID / transaction ID / plan name) and a short explanation.
- We will verify account activity and notify you about the refund decision and any next steps.
Notes
- Refund eligibility is determined after verification of subscription activity and communications.
- Desiring Study reserves the right to refuse refunds if evidence indicates policy terms are not met.
- Any timeframe for refund processing will be communicated in the refund approval email.
